Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice:
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be lost, and you will be required to pay half of your service deposit for any future appointments.
